Heat race start at Susky - 2013 Eastern Storm.

Can somebody tell me who is in the HAAS #55 car in the heat race from Susky pic?

Thanks...the reason I ask is because a buddy of mine who operates Millbridge Speedway in NC posted some video of a midget testing at their track yesterday and the midget had an identical paintjob/lettering on it...little track...looked like some Chilibowl testing..car looked good and was getting around the joint smooth and fast so I knew it had to be somebody with some significant experience.
