Veteran sprint car driver and three-time Pay Less Little 500 winner Jeff Bloom returned to the track for the first time since a racing accident August 25th, 2012. Bloom was taking advantage of an open practice session at Anderson Speedway in preparation for Sunday afternoon's 13th annual Glen Niebel Classic USSA sprint car 100-lap event

Jeff's career certainly has longevity; I remember watching him back in the '70's when he was such a force on the high banks at Salem.

I remember watching his Dad ..Ned...at New Paris Speedway in the late 50`s Both great drivers....and fan favorites......Good Luck Jeff.

Its great to see him back, this year will be my 29th little 500 been going since I was five and to my knowledge without looking it up he has been in every single field

Hopefully he will keep the streak alive
