It's an old concept dating back to post world war 2 midget racing.
The haves
The Offenhauser engine was the Goliath of racing for midgets and was the exclusive Blue circuit.
The have not's
The Red circuit was reserved for Ford 60s, Drakes, Simcas, Chevy V-4s and Fergusons
