We are looking for a track to test our cars over the winter. The
question is how far south do we have to go. All it takes is a nice
day say 50 degrees. Anyone suggest a dirt or asphalt tracks to
test our sprinters..

Don
Lonesome Pine Raceway, Coeburn, Virginia is a 3/8 mile paved oval. I have tested there a few years back and the facility was convenient and not expensive to rent.
Go to there web site for the contact info and photos of this great facility just a short drive from Bristol, Virginia.

Hope this helps

We went there and actually raced. Great faclities. Ran to back to back double header A mains. Won them both
started on the pole and last.

Don, you could always use Hickory for asphalt and Carolina for dirt. Close to home for you, not so much for Jason and the crew Plus if you're around here, we can come push for you.
