Saturday morning (5/9/09) 10:20 a.m. - Just back from the track (after my usual breakfast at Bob's, of course) and found all things looking good. The track looks great. Crew working at ironing out the pit area aided by a nice stiff breeze. Weather reports for the remainder of the weekend are positive for sprint car racing.

Car count is already up to one (1) for the winged bunch. Waiting at the pit gate is a hauler carrying a winged white #4. I'm not at all familiar with the wingers so I don't know if it's a MASS or NRA car or who the chauffeur might be.

Again, all systems appear to be go at this time. Hope to see a big crowd tonight for this HARF, DARF, & BARC (or is it BARF? ) outing.

Could be Danny Smith, as for the BARC group being referred to as BARF, I've eaten what they have served in the past and Barf doesn't describe this group. I would have to say that their BARC is worse then their bite.

As the winking smilie suggests,I was just joshin' with the "BARF" reference. Have long aggravated my good friends and staunch BARC members RichH and itsanonwingthing, kidding them about their annual "Polish Bar-B-Que". Hmmm, wonder if that could be why they threw me out of the club.
