Bailey Roller. Includes Top and nose wings with electric slider. Includes complete spare rear axle assembly, spare radius rods, spare Bailey fuel tank. Also have a spare set of wheels. Believe this to be a late 90's car.

Yes 15.5 would fit. It measures 16.25 from the frame to the chain tunnel.
