I ask that question quite a lot these days. It certainly doesn't seem like it anymore. I heard years ago that intelligence was like a clock. One second to midnight is total brilliance while one second after was total ignorance. A very fine line indeed.

If that's the case, I think a lot of folks these days are hanging around much later than 12:01. Something like 2 a.m., which, what do you know, happens to be when the bars close. LOL
