springfield track conditions

it looks like rain this afternoon and off and on overnight then clearing by 7 a.m. absolutely ideal to have a good track tomorrow with a cushion on it. as long as someone gets down there tonight and sabatoges the road grader so they can't blade it off. seriously, someone from usac needs to tell sargent they want a good track for once. i've seen the cushion last all 100 miles when it rained the night before so ther are no excuses this time. im tired of seeing them get rid of a perfectly good cushion once it developes because the racing is so much better when there's two grooves there. NO EXCUSES!!!!! OR next year my friends and i are going to go to lakeside instead.
