Built by the Western Australian government and the final cost came in around 5 million over budget. We could do the same over here if any are interested. Say a bond issue for X amount and a thirty year .75% sales tax increase for city/county building the facility would be enough to build and support it. Basically same way we help pro sports team owners construct new stadiums.
