And here I am thinking 4-5 classes a night is ridiculous . 🙄

Most tracks take too much time between races. So, they have 8 classes and the racing can be done quickly if they only have heats and features. With 8 classes maybe one heat and feature for each class. Then each feature may be a crash fest which takes up time. My last two Saturday nights at the races, the 410 sprints lost almost half of the starters from crashes.

They always run the sprint feature before all heat races are over. It is usually still daylight when they run feature. Also they run show quick

I have a family function about 45 minutes from the track on Sunday and I have never been to 35 Raceway so I am going to trek over and see what's up. Long trip home but we have Monday off so....
