It is a Norden manual steering gear found in vintage Midgets and sprints

Don't know if he is still around but you might try to find Mike Thomas in Des Moines Iowa he was the owner of Norden steering I don't have a # for him but you could try calling Jocko's Sprint car parts and ask for Bobby Thompson he might know how to get ahold of him as well
