Highlite of the year was all the Jack Hewitt Classic.Always wanted to see a Usac race at the Field.Bout as close as you could come with all the drivers that were where there.

Also saw some great racing at Charlotte with woo sprints.Let the bashing begin.
I wish the Buckeye Nationals would return.
I hope to make the Gold Crown race at Pontoon Beach this year.
Only 30 days till the Chili Bowl.Hope to see you all there.

I only made about two dozen races this year. What's interesting is that only 3 of them were in New England. :-)

While it's hard to beat Midget Week, I think the Kokomo Smackdown was the best show I saw.

Like Andrew, I really enjoy the hours of conversation before and after the races at the motorhomes of Bob & Monica and Irvin & Mary Jane with all the friends I've met there.

This year might be very different. I'm not going to the Chili Bowl, and the increased air fares might limit my trips to Indiana. It's only thanks to Andrew's hospitality that I can still make as many trips as I do. Of course, if I could find someone to drive with me, ... :-)

I'm really looking forward to the POWRi midget weekend before the USAC midget week. Barring weather, that'll be four new tracks. It'll be the 3rd or 4th time I've tried to get to Macon, only to be stopped by weather, though, so I'm not counting any chickens.
