This story refers to it as a 3/8ths track; but it didn't 100% say thats what it WAS in 2008. I think it was a 3/8ths that year. I'm very certain it was switched closer to the mid-part of that decade.
Not sure what 13th is going to pay in 2021, but ultimately Bill Rose hasn't turned a wheel all season & would end up with $25,000 if it was 2022!!! I like Bill as a person, but this isn't right!!

They ran there when Revin Kevin first built the 3/8th mile track. June 2007 and 2008 I believe. He changed the size after 2006 season and finished right before 2007 season.

Both will be the best paying & well attended sprint races all year.
Not to be argumentative, but both Haubstadt and Lawrenceburg have USAC races that pay the same amount to win as a WoO race.
I was at Haubstadt just a few weeks ago for the Harvest Classic and there's no way I'd believe that more people could cram into that place when the Outlaws show up, and with Lawrenceburg being my home track (15 minutes away), I can assure you that the crowds are very comparable whether it's a USAC race or WoO's yearly visit.
But I suppose you are correct, both events will be among "the best paying & well attended sprint races all year". And that's a great thing for these tracks we love.

Yes it is. I’m happy to see a good crowd at any race.
As for the purse and coming from a former car owner/driver my comment was meant towards the whole purse where the outlaws are probably twice what any other sanction pays
