There have been several tracks and promoters that are interested that is why the road course test was done. And I have not herd that Nascar is done with openwheel cars we just ran on a cup weekend at Phoenix.

The only reason the old cars were at phoenix with nascar was because usac changed the direction they were going and it was already on the schedule for the new gen cars. I have my doubts that the silvercrown cars will be running with nascar in the future. And yes Nascar has offered dates on cup weekends to the Goldcrown series. The only track as of now that silvercrown can run on a cup weekend is Phoenix. With some luck I hope the sc cars can keep that week to help boost the fan base.

A long time ago in this thread I asked a simple question , and stil haven't got an answer from anyone. It is also valid. When people said that tracks don't want to pay a silver crown purse, what makes people think they will want to pay for gold crown ?
Nascar MAY let you run with them, but they aren't going to carry the purse.

I also ago to NASCAR races and INDY CAR races and I did enjoy the New Gen Silvercrown race at Homestead FL the racing was great. I would like to see the Goldcrown cars at Indy and so would most of my friends.
