What would be real cool is if we could find a good driver, from Duke's era, to come post here every now and then. Do you think you could help us find one, Duke?:rolling

I can't say for the CB because I've never been. The first thing I start looking for when the new year comes is the USAC schedule and ISW. I plan some of my vacation around ISW to see it all (as this year showed you don't want to miss a single night). We started when I still lived in Arkansas, continued while I lived in Illinois, and still now that I live in Houston, TX. I still work in Arkansas occasionally, so I'm able to schedule my work there for the three or four days between ISW shows, and the drive isn't too bad (Kokomo to LR around 10-11 hours). If you want to stay, the Speedway museum is cool and the shops around Gasoline Alley and Brownsburg are usually buzzing with activity, and some don't mind visitors. Warning, though - Once you go the first time you'll never want to miss it. It's extremely addicting. Tim Simmons |
