True that they don’t raise prices for specials. It’s $20 for pits, $12 for adult GA, and $5 for kids ages 6-11. I would be greatly concerned about the safety of spectators for a sprint car race there. Charge more to get in to finance some safety upgrades. The racing is usually pretty good for late models there and I’m sure sprints will be entertaining.

We raced winged sprints at Oakshade back in 99 w/ no problems w/ race track, pits for sprints were on far end off turns 1&2, concerned about cars flying off into pits is a concern of mine, but we'll see. The track is really wild when we raced there, it was flat on bottom & went up into a banking. I know of a racer that won by using the bottom. But the again it was w/ wing, non wing is a whole nother animal

Race added - Wednesday, July 3 at Waynesfield Raceway Park! This will be a combined show with the FAST on Dirt winged 410 cars joining BOSS!

Another race added - Moler Raceway Park on Friday, June 7. Moler now under the direction of Atomic Speedway promoter, Brad McCown.

Guys if you plan on running Vernon this weekend will you comment on here. There is another post for that. We need at least 15 conformations of cars or they are going to cancel for Saturday is what I was told.
