Figuring on attending one night or the other and wondered what to expect in the way of car count from the Wisconsin sprint car group. We have a pretty good idea of what POWRi/WAR will bring, just don't know much about the Wisconsin boys and girls.
Silver Crown Championship Dirt Cars properly driven on a one mile dirt track are classic poetry in motion. Using that analogy, Jack Hewitt is one of the greatest poets of all time.

Hmmm ?!
Wow, you're closer than we are and Fairbury is less than 45 minutes away!

Speaking on the wing side, the IRA group usually brings a fair # of travelers when they venture south. The LaSalle show this Sunday is a co MOWA & IRA race also so that should give a decent idea of wing car count for Fairbury. If I had to guess, I'd say 30 to 40 each of wing & non wing cars. USAC is off that weekend & the $2k/$4k win money should be enough to draw some Indiana cars. The WAR East show there that ran in conjunction with POWRI midget week drew in the low 20's for car count. MOWA had a wing race there in July that drew in the high 30's.

If I remember correctly Fairbury had 35 or so wing sprints for the MOWA / IRA show back in mid July. The racing was pretty darn good too as California native Carson Macedo won the 30 lap feature.
