Here is and old picture for ya.
USAC Sprints at the Winchester Speedway in Winchester, Indiana in 1973. Just out of curiosity can anyone pick out the cars/ drivers in the picture?

2024 Season: Race 1 - April 20th Brownstown (Crate LM). Unlike many I don't discriminate on what racing I choose to watch.

Dont remember who drove, but I remember my dad taking me there when I was young during that era,I really love that place!

It looks like there are some cars in that field without cages. Those were the days when racing was dangerous and sex was safe. |

Now a days that statement on the 3 line would be considered backwards.

What type of car is that row 6, inside? It looks more dune buggyish than a sprinter.

Love that place so glad i got to witness it. to bad so many kids will probably never get to see 24 usac sprints coming off of turn 4 taking the green.

Are you sure its 73, If it was 73 Sneva should be there in the rear engine sprint car. The roadster in the later part of the field looks like the car we tried to run in 74
