Yep>>>>You can bet "Smoke" will be back on the dirt again, Open Wheel racing needs him there and he knows it. And if he has any "real and true" supporters he will find them racing in TQ's, Midgets and Sprints.
I agree w/ you, JonR. In fact I just told a buddy this afternoon I thought a late model would happen before a sprint car. My concern is the sight lines of the sprint triggering more mental anguish. Sure would like to get him back though!!
I hope not. At least until his cup career is over. I love to watch Tony on dirt as much if not more than the next guy. But for now Tony has a lot of people depending on him through all his bussnesses. He either should eliminate some of those or make sure he doesn't let his real passion interfear with his dealings.
How about "Smoke" in a Racesaver sprint at Bloomington. That's a Win>Win.

Didn't you hear, there is a recent retired driver that lives in the Bloomington area that will be building a 305 for next year. He has some sort of nickname, but it does not come to me right away.
I don't think you will see Tony in sprint car for long time but on dirt in some kind of car I believe you will! He is a race car driver it's what he does! It's in his blood.
I think these are the same responses we heard when he got hurt last year in a sprint car. Speculation usually isn't the best way to go about things. He came back from the injury don't be surprised if he comes back from this.
