We are tentatively planning on racing at both.

Just let us know what the dates and plans are far enough ahead of time and we should be able to make both.

The other rules are pretty standard as far as I know and we don't have any issues with them.

I'm interested. Need knee surgery so don't know if I'll certainly make it. 1000cc cars should have no weight limit.

The rules on motorcycle engines are a little confusing: Rule A. lists 1000cc limit, but the weights are broken down for 1000cc and 1200cc...
I'd like to come down, can't confirm just yet, but a 1000cc limit would exclude me, as it does in BAM (listening, Johnny?)

Jim

Then how could you weigh 3 pounds under??

Looks like we might be a tad bit too big with a 6 cylinder. The little 4 cylinder motors have heads that work good for grocery store runs the 6 cylinder have heads that would work well in an all out race car.

I have yet to see why anyone or anybody would be opposed to the 1200cc motors racing with the Liter motors also, If you get the guy addicted with a 1200cc motor and he blows it up which will happen, the cost of replacing the old motor with a similar one will scare him to death, and he might start looking for a Liter Motor as his replacement or maybe he might think all the way up to 3 Liters and really stretch out his rush.

Wayne

Keep it simple. The snow birds could get in some vacation time while they are there. Keep to the small tracks "Bubba's Joint" is a little big but nice. Nobody coming down is doing so to get rich on a $5000.00 Win each night deal>> and while racing is fun and sometimes I can't get enough of it>> it would be nice to come race a little, travel a little, see some neat sites in sunny central Florida, maybe some bus junkets to other tracks or something.

Six days of racing under the sun sounds like a trip to "HE**" to me. Just like a trip to Tulsa sound like a trip to "Purgatory" sitting in the pits all day long and listening to them sidewinder guys blowing up their motors adjusting their carburetors in the pits.

Wayne

You have to be the fastest rule "straightener-ousters" on the planet. I like your style Pardner!!!!

Do it with tires and track size.
