What's the chances of peiler running Saturday with the heavy rains on Friday. Does the track hold water? Is the equipment fixed?, did herold seal it over? A lot of us tq guys are ready to race! Fingers crossed...
I was at the track today. A new grader has been purchased, and the track is ready and sealed for any rain tomorrow. A new track drainage system was also put into the infield in the off-season, so it should help to take water much better.
If we happen to get a ton of rain, the plan is to make a final decision at noon on Saturday. The current thought is to do anything we can to get this race in.
We are hoping to see a strong contingent of support from the TQ Midgets. TQ racing at Montpelier actually began in the 1960's.

Thanks for the quick professional response. Again why encourage all fans and racers to support such a fantastic facility!
Congrats to Tate Martz for pickimg up the feature win. Thanks to the MTQRL officials and drivers for supporting MMS! It was a good show.
Our thoughts and well wishes are with Devin Fairchild. He was involved in a hard hitting flip when he tangled with a slowing car. He was alert and transported to the hospital with leg pain. Thinking of Devin and hoping he can be back out on the track soon!
