HPD stand for Honda Performance Development...I don't know the particulars but it is NOT the National USAC series....Maybe this is the old Ford Focus series?

It is the USAC Pavement series for National Midgets that started last year.

According to the USAC website it's what was previously the focus series.

There are 2 different pavement schedules...one for the National Series and one for the HPD series.
