Mensendiek motorsports likes any racing, wing / non wing / whatever does not matter, although non wing racing is easier on the motors and takes the big motors out of the picture, especially on slick tracks like last night, did not turn the motor that hard at all.

i'm for nonwing. the wing just shows who has the most engine. nonwing puts it back in the drivers hands along with chassis setup. some guys that show up for nonwing shows, that do not show up for wing shows, prolly can't afford to shell out $600.00 for a wing and all the hardware.

In southern Indiana non-wing is cool. However 1.Wings also level the playing field between experienced drivers and novice drivers. 2.When you remove the wings you can be sure the cars will bounce a lot higher and longer than they do with wings. We haven,t had a good flip yet but when we do I can guarantee it will be be nothing like you ever experienced with a wing. 3.You might want to change specs on top rail diameter, and check for thin wall tube, there are still a few lightweight cars out there, and we are now approaching the speed of a full midget. 4. Track owners tend to like wing cars for some reason, and use the lack of wings as a way to offer a smaller purse. 5. Bill would have to change the name of the organization to "NON-WINGED WARRIORS" Honest Dad himself ![]() ![]() |

I've raced Mini-Sprints and always enjoyed them very much! I loved running with a Wing! Mini-Sprints are supposed to run with Wings! A special Non-Wing show once in a while is plenty! JMO.

Why not make it like the World of Outlaws originally did, track choice. Some will be wing, some non wing. Makes a better overall driver.
