The DL regarding the rehab facility. The release may well be a go for Tuesday (doctor willing) so everything continues to be trending better. In fact the only bad that I hear of is that the Cincinnati Reds losing 5 out of their last 6.
Talked to him yesterday on the phone. Same old Marv, wondering when I was coming over to visit. Thinking about this weekend. He's doing well and sounded great.
Of course I was calling from the infield at Winchester, so he was reminded that he wasn't at a race track and I was.
It was a good day. 1. Heard from Marv 2. Jim Morrison, the Hoosier turned Hawkeye, went home from the hospital yesterday and promptly went to work on the next issue of Hawkeye Racing news 3. Today, the youngest grandson said he likes stock cars but likes sprint cars better.
Thanks for the updates Gregg & Danny. I just hadn't heard anything and thought I would pose the question. Looking forward to seeing him on the perch in Section A.
