Great news! Earlene came home yesterday and the surgeon reported there were was no evidence of cancer. She is allowed to drive, which is a surprise, but she doesn't quite feel up to it yet. She is still quite sore and weak. She does not have any restrictions on her diet and is exhibiting a pretty good appetite.
Thanks to all of you who prayed for a positive outcome on behalf of Earlene. There is no doubt in my mind, or Earlene's, that all of the prayers from people here on IOW and our churches played a significant role in this great outcome.
