Thanks Tim for you input. We are running a 305 steelblock nonwing class now and my son was sort of looking into this 410 steel block deal.We just do this for fun and our supply of money is like most others now days, its limited. We are in the planning stages of maybe trying the 410 deal next season and was just wondering what kind of bucks u guys were dropping. Thanks again and good luck in the 09 season.

You're more than welcome. Feel free to PM me if I can help. Please understand, though, that there are some periods of time when I'm not around a computer, so my reply may be delayed.

You running in Memphis?

I am interested in the S.C.O.R.A deal on two levels. The first level is helping the series grow and give all the support and help I can. the second is that i want to compete in the series next year so I have been making calls today and getting some kind of an idea of just how much cash I can expect to drop. The best deals out there seem to be the ASCS engines. They have been around 10k to 13k for a good used one but I also called a friend of mine in PA and he said that at the end the year those same engines are in the low 8k range and I'm sure, like he said I could piece one together for less.
