:This is not a bash, trash or anything. Just wonder what happened.
USAC over the winter announced they were going to use a safety light system on all three open wheel classes. The only time I seen any of it I think was one car on the first night in FL. Did they test and decide not too? Was it a teams decision not too? Just a question, Really don't want to see any bashing or unknowing responses. But if someone has the real answer why it wasn't implemented. Id like to know. Chuck, Who actually thought as many yellow light visuals there can be, the sooner a reaction can be made by the drivers was a good thing.

I actually always turn on my lights to help with the visual effect of caution for the drivers.
I am curious myself as to what happened with this. |

PushEm, Often wondered, are you in communication with "race control" or do you have to act/react based on what you see?

I'm in communication with race control but sometimes if I can see it before they do I will flip my lights on.

Was just thinking about this the other day. From my perspective I was totally behind it. Pretty curious about what happened to it
