I'd like to run something up the flagpole for all of the members of this board. What do you all think of the idea of a Dwight Clock sticker for folks to run on their race cars? Maybe Bill Gardner could make 'em and sell 'em at some of the tracks. I'd buy a few, but if I'm the only one, then it makes no sense for someone to make only a few. Just a thought.

I think this would be a GREAT idea!!! I wish TP was still racing, I would want one on the Pletch Pools car for sure.

Sam, count me in, I would proudly display a sticker honoring Dwight, his contributions to the IOW Board and his love of auto racing on my personal car. To expand on your idea even further, if Bill Gardner could provide the stikers at cost or donate them any profit made from the sale of the stickers could be donated to the Veterans in Dwight's name.

7/27/07 was a tragic day for the channel 3 & channel 15 news teams in Phoenix, Az. when two helicopters collided in mid-air, tragically killing all four people on board. Scott Passmore a channel 3 newsman and Manzy racer does all he can to promote racing at Manzy. A sticker was sold at Manzy to honor these four fallen heroes, the proceeds were then donated by the families of these four men to the family of a young policeman that lost his life in the line of duty during this same week.

It has been done before and we can do it again in Dwight's name. I have one of these stickers on my car and also one honoring long time friend Lois Matczak who lost her couragest battle with cancer in July. Let me know if I can assist in making something like this happen.
