For those who are not aware, much progress has been made on Route 31 north of Indy. The interchanges at 31 and 465 are now open so fans and teams will find travel from Indy to Kokomo much easier this coming season. All lanes on 31 from 465 to Noblesville are also open. Their is still some construction but minor compared to last year. This information is not urgent but after traveling this path several times recently it occurred to me to pass along the good news.
