WESTERN MIDGETS AT KELLER AUTO SPEEDWAY AT KINGS SATURDAY

Ronnie Gardner, with a firm lock on the 2015 Honda USAC Western Midget championship for the third consecutive season, is looking forward to this Saturday night’s race at Keller Auto Speedway at Kings Fairgrounds in Hanford, Calif.

Victories at Bakersfield and Santa Maria, plus a trio of seconds and a third, have left Gardner with an insurmountable lead over Shannon McQueen in the latest series standings. He has a 170-point lead with just two races remaining in the campaign.

A victory Saturday would mark the second consecutive Hanford win for a Gardner. Damion Gardner won the AMSOIL USAC/CRA Sprint race there earlier this month. Saturday’s race is the first for the Midgets at Hanford in three years.
