Posted this in another thread, but yes it was a great night of racing and the track was prepped perfectly. I was so impressed with the Madman as he was perfect lap after lap after lap. Good stuff.
Couple of things Angell Park needs to work on:
1. Speaker system always cuts out, and has for years.
2. Would like to see that new scoreboard working fully (looks great)
3. The old wood planks in the stands need to be replaced. Better yet, shave half the hill and put up stands. Keep some of the open seating in the grass though. It's a good place for kids to run around.
4. Better cheeseburgers are needed. Would be cool if they could get a local meat market to supply the burgers.
