It is with great pleasure that STARS announces the appointment of Kale Fisher as the Publicity Director for 2015. Mr. Fisher’s background includes a 1 year internship with the United States Auto Club (USAC) under the direction of the veteran Dick Jordan.

Kale has a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Franklin University of Columbus, Ohio with high honors. Mr. Fisher is anxious to get to work and get to the race track. His previous experience includes doing some sports casting for two television stations in Terre Haute and Vincennes Indiana

We would like to thank Troy Weltzin for his efforts for STARS prior to Mr.Fisher’s arrival. Mr. Weltzin has a new opportunity that, unfortunately, keeps him from going forward with STARS. We wish Troy and his family good luck in the future endeavor.
