Whatever happened with this state of the art racing complex? Was it ever finished?

Jim, if u are are talking about x plex in Portland? From what I understand that guy that owned the land ended up getting a divorce and that was the end of it. We were all hoping for this to happen as it would have been state of the art and would have given people another place to race!
