I am heading down from Wisconsin for 3 of the Sprint Week shows and had a few questions. I have never been to Sprint Week before and I am sick of putting it off each year . I am going the gypsy route and probably sleeping in my car (might get a hotel room for one of the nights but not sure yet). If that isn't a true race fan, then I dont know what is. So basically my question is, does anyone know of safe truck stops between Terre Haute and Putnamville, and like-wise between Putnamville and Bloomington? Ones that have showers? Please let me know anything that might help me along on my "journey". Any info you can give would be a massive help. I simply cannot wait to get down to non winged country again!!!!

Ahhh good to know. Yeah I will probably do that after the first night. That eliminates one night. Thanks for the reply!

The Olsen memorial bathroom. Nice showers for sure

All I need is a heavy track and heavy buzz!

There is a truckstop at the Cloverdale exit 41 on !-70 (Rte 231) from P-ville when your heading to B-ton.

I live close to Cloverdale and I would not recommend using Cloverdale truck stop. Gas prices at Cloverdale exit are a lot higher than most.

The Brazil exit (exit 23) on I-70 has a Pilot Travel Center.

I was thinking more along the lines of a shower and a straight shot from P-ville to B-ton. Fuel,no,its always high there.
