House to rent/split for Race Fan or Mechanic in Speedway!
Info: I rent a house fully furnished and utilities paid in Speedway/Eagledale area 4625 W 28th St. House backs up to big gravel parking lot used by RV's during races at IMS.(Georgetown Ct) I need a roommate to split the rent. $375.00 month. For the most part a quiet neighborhood except night before the 500. Clean and furnished w/ just about most accomidations. Perfect for race fan like me or seasonal or visiting fan/mech/wrench/driver etc. Have a third room that can be rented as well. Landlord very cool. So far no lease or deposit required. I work days and some weekends. Head off to races in the area as much as possible and close to the action (565 steps) away from IMS 4th turn gate.
