600 SPRINTS CONTINUE AGAIN SATURDAY;

KATRAKIS, CRIBBS EARN PLYMOUTH WINS

The USAC 600 Sprints again tackle the Plymouth Speedway dirt oval this Saturday and point leaders Billy Cribbs (Open) and Garrett Saunders (Restricted) will be trying to protect their respective leads.

Cribbs and Nick Katrakis scored feature victories last Saturday night. Cribbs, of Muncie, Ind., led all 20 laps to win the Open Class main event and Katrakis, of Geneva, Ill. passed Garrett Saunders on lap eight and went on to win the 15-lap Restricted Class feature.

Cribbs was trailed by Randy Shilling, Eric Saunders, Kris Knox and Dawson Stealy. Following Katrakis at the checkered flag were Nicholas Schaefer, Matt Frisbie, J.T. Squier and Garrett Saunders.
