Tri-City Speedway in Granite City has just posted on their website that the Hut Hundred has been rescheduled for Wednesday night, July 3. Add that to the Belleville Bash midget weekend races on July 5 & 6 and who could ask for anything more. Midgets are about the reigning open wheel class in the midwest. Come on down St. Louis way.

This could be a great week of racing. On Tuesday, July 2 is KISS at Terre Haute, Wednesday is the Hut 100 at Granite City and sprints at Kokomo, Thursday is USAC sprints at Lincoln Park, Friday is POWRi at Belleville and MSCS at Bloomington, Saturday is POWRi at Belleville and the $3,000 Amati 68 at Paragon, and Sunday sprints at Kokomo. All this in addition to the various tracks' regular programs. I am sure that I am missing a bunch of special races at other tracks, also. If someone has a Monday show you could go 10 days in a row watching sprints, midgets and who knows what else.
