we usually put sprints on the track on a reg sun show at around 545 to put heat in there motors then they group hotlap/qualify, then rest hot lap while sprints get ready for heats. I would say by 630 sprints could be on the track. info is on kokomospeedway.net

This aint USAC if the 500 is delayed and you are there then you have a choice to make.
