Thanks for sharing the video! Apparently eighteen car starting fields were not an issue with the fans, as the stands were packed. A. J. will create quite a carbon footprint today with those 78 candles on his cake!

Happy Birthday A J and hopefully many more to come. God I loved to watch you hustle that champ dirt car around DuQuoin, the Indy Fairgrounds and Springfield. You are the best ever in my mind.

I first saw AJ race in 1957. As I sit in my office today with my Foyt memorabilia on my bookshelf and wall and realize that he is still involved with racing. He gave all of us super racing memories. Many more birthdays for this icon of racing.
