Can any on the forum help me with the process of "properly" renting out equipment for the indoor races? Some of the deals I have been around did not turn out as good as possible, and I am not in a position to absorb anything that is less than a satisfying situation for all involved. I AM in a position that I will not be able to race myself this winter though and hoping to try setting something up before complete last minute. Just looking for any type of paper work/agreements maybe available (don't expect anything for nothing, especially if lawyer or anything involved). Thank-you.

Research each other a little bit ask questions. Be up front with what you will and will not do. Let the other person explain what they expect out of the deal. SHAKE HANDS, if both parties are honest, You will have a good deal. If one or the other or both parties are not honest no amount of paper work or lawyers will be able to straighten the deal out, and the only one making any money will be the Lawyers.
