POWRi Illinois Midget week.
Thursday June 6th JacksonvilleSpeedway,Jacksonville,Illinois
Friday June 7th Lincoln Speedway,Lincoln, Illinois
Saturday June 8th Macon Speedway,Macon, Illinois
Sunday June 9th Belle-Clair Speedway, Belleville, Illinois

Wow. To come up with an event called Midget Week and schedule it towards the beginning of June. Now, that's original thinking.

If USAC follows past years and schedules theirs the following week, I might have to consider moving east next June.

Great job by all. If you haven't been to some of these tracks, you really owe it to your self to attend these races. I can't recall any time when any of the tracks weren't extremely well prepared and the midgets put on an excellent show at all of them. I remain convinced that Lincoln Speedway is the best track most people haven't been to in the Midwest. The first three are all an hour or less from Springfield and Belleville is an hour and a half or so. There really isn't a lot of driving in this schedule.

I wish they would consider adding Vermillion County Speedway. This is a great track for Midget racing.

The August 17th POWRi event there, which BC won, was a dandy!

Frank is correct about this track.
