Calistoga, CA……..Kyle Hirst of Elk Grove, Calif. piloted his Rod Tiner entry to victory in Sunday night’s 30-lap AMSOIL USAC/CRA & Western Classic Sprint finale of this year’s “Louie Vermeil Classic” at the Calistoga Speedway.
