My engine only has 2nd gear. I wonder if i can gear it high enough to work?

High***** just shift to the next higher gear and go from there. 100+ MPH kinda of like Owensboro Ky. but banked, and I figure that is on the bottom. I would not recommend light weight chassis cars for there. A tad big for us but what the hey! Should be a ball, and something you can tell your grand kids about.

If your rear tire is 82" 's that is 6.83 feet per revolution. 8800ft divided by 6.83ft = 1288 rpm's for rear axle. Max motor rpm = 11000 rpm divided by 1288 = over all ratio 8.5 to one. You can do that in second gear. Might have to slip your clutch a bit taking off.
