With no measureable rain on the horizon, low water tables and watering bans, is there a chance any ISW races could be canceled because of lack of water?

Just thinking. My wife came up with this thought and got me thinking.

Just based on the track conditions at Bloomington last Firday night, I would say there is no chance of that happening at least at that track...There was plenty of moisture and the track built up a decent cushion....since this will be most of the tracks biggest race of the year, they will do whatever it takes to pull it off and make it happen.

I think Kokomo was playing it safe with rain forecast for Kokomo all day Sunday, it was slick but it was also racy. Mother nature turned her back on the speedway as she had a chance to send us all home, I was way off on setup, good at the start but not worth a %^&* at the end when it counted. (Wish we could afford a real crew chief) The weather in Kokomo has been great all week and should not be a problem. If you are coming to Kokomo from the south you can get off of 31 at Lowes headed north and take La fountain/Washington to the track this will take you past downtown as Washington runs into the track. Get here early and look around, Kokomo has come alive in the past couple years. Just like Washington Markland (White Castle/Target) runs west into Washington an is another way to get to the track taking you past all kinds of places to eat.
