Waynesfield Racing June 30

Despite all the local storm damage in the Lima/Wapakoneta area I just wanted to pass along to anyone interested that Waynesfield Raceway Park (12 mi. East of Wapakoneta/I-75 off Rt. 33) IS RACING Tonite with 6 classes including non-wing 410's, winged mini-sprints, mods and more!!! $12 General Admission, Gate open at 5. Showed up in Uniapolis to the RR crossing signal blown over and to Uncles who greeted me and stuck a chainsaw in my hand, After about a hour of cutting and dragging we had it cleaned up and he was off to daughters house to help at her place.

Racing was good at Waynesfield in heats expecially. Felt the track would have been better in feature if Sprints ran first as it slicked off bad halfway. Still good racing. TMEZ bolts to half track lead only to get collected in a crash, Moffatt from 8th to lead about lap 13. Passed By Weir about lap 18. Weir getting in traffic, Moffatt gaining fast collected in lapped spin (Which sucked LOL) WEIR WINS BY HALF LAP over Miller and Kyle simon. Was good to see Tony Anderson racing as he once was pretty regular at the Burg,

Shout again to the Cruea crew who I seen stopped on the highway helping out the 0% modified and would have stopped myself but at 70mph I would have been a half mile beyond them. before I got stopped.

Good night at the track. 23 sprints, Full Mod and Tough truck fields as well.

Track is easy to reach. Take 67 east Uniapolis Exit (One mile past Wapakoneta) to downtown Waynesfield Turn right at only traffic light Watch for the cop and one mile to the track
