Lap 2 - Chris Tomasik blows engine to bring out yellow. Jim Begley and Herb Johnson also pit. Scotty Tomasik leads Rodney Cropper, Damon Breedlove, Tom Jewell and Trevor Berry.

10 laps down - Scotty Tomasik by half straight. Good battle for second between Breedlove and Berry. Cropper and Axsom nose to tail for fourth.

Lap 22 - Berry now second. Axsom now fourth. Tomasik on cruise control - full straight lead.

Lap 23 Yellow for Jerry Hammond spin turn four. Tomasik's lead evaporated. Madhouse restart. Cone put in middle of track and drivers choose top or bottom for double file restart.

Just past halfway - Tomasik, Berry, Axsom, Breedlove, Jewell. Good battle now Tomasik/Berry.

Lap 32 - Tomasik opens it up to four car lengths. Axsom looks to be closing in on Berry for second. Jewell, Cropper and Reeser all together for fifth.
