Didn't this track used to be a half mile? When did it change and why? Looking forward to going there for the DIRT mods this summer!

It's both. They have a 3/8's mile (I thinks that's the correct size of the small track) but the still have the 1/2 mile and it's used for the bigger shows. The small track is used for their weekly race program.

Well then any info on which track they will run the DIRT cars on? I remember a D.O. video from 1995? looked way cool for USAC! I'm hoping they run the big track!

Correct, the track has been reconfigured once again. Looks even bigger than last year. I believe the only thing running the 1/2 will be the bikes.

Big tracks running weekly programs will soon be a thing of the past IMO. This is a good move by Mike to keep up with the times, I think the car counts have been the biggest evidence of that. Not to mention he's got the best prep guy in the state working for him this year.
