I was watching the Jackslash.com video of the North Vernon race. I noticed Beast decals on both sides of the cage. I never remember Beast building a dirt sprint car, so I was curious to what the deal might be! I think that it would be cool if Bob is venturing out a bit.
Just curious!

I didn't realize that Russ Gamester was building dirt chasses either, but, there was one there last night. I forget who was in it. Chase Stockton, maybe? Although, Russ did/does run some dirt, he always seemed to be somewhat of a pavement specialist to me.

The hood design on Demon's car reminds me of a J&J.

Jeff Gordon ran a dirt sprint Beast. So did Rick Howerton and Scott Weyant.(I know it was a Weyant, I believe it was Scott)
My guess is that Saucier talked him into it. I doubt you will see Bob build very many, but who knows?
I believe that is an old Stealth hood design.
That was only what,18-20 years between wins with a dirt sprint chassis? That was a heck of a drought.

The word in the pits was it's a Saucier designed (or maybe input given on what was wanted) Beast for The Demon. There's 2 of them with the team. Again this in unofficial... heard this from someone who was supposed to be "in the know".

I stand honorably corrected.
