The Buckeye Outlaw Sprint Series is a step closer to finalizing the 2012 schedule with the announcement of the October 27th points finale at the historic Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. The weekend event, known as the "Blue Collar Bash", will be a 3 day event with the BOSS sprint cars running their entire program on Saturday night. There will be an open practice on Friday night for all classes.
Series promoter, Aaron Fry, was pleased with the addition to the schedule stating, "to have a race series based in and around Ohio, it is only natural to want the most famous dirt track in the nation on your schedule. This is a proud day for the series and our drivers are looking forward to running there."
Series officials are hoping to have the complete 2012 schedule finalized in the next few days. Fry stated, "there may be a few changes coming to the schedule, but Eldora Speedway is certainly a fine way to close the season and a great location to crown the first BOSS champion!"
