I'd add Waynesfield's schedule as well.....as of now they only have their May events listed. The 1000s are on the schedule the entire month.

Picked up Burg schedule at cincy car show last week end. It had total of FOUR AMSA dates. Online schedule does not show April 21st and May 12th.
Who cancelled Burg or AMSA?

Now my only wish is that all the different sanctioning bodys would get together and have only 1 set of rules. This is a great class of cars but with all the different rules packages it makes it almost impossible to travel.

All you have to do is look at the differences between the ILS group and the MLS group. The tire rules, weight rules it makes it next to impossiable for the Missiouri cars to go over there.

Gasoline is our big problem along with a 6 day work load. We have never had to add weight to race with anywhere we went and we race pretty good aganist the cars that are 1 lb over weight. We buy several RR tires a year one hard one wont make much difference. In fact if we could get Focus RR's cheaper I think it would make a great spec tire for everyone.

Il. is where we were several years ago we were trying to outlaw cars from the outside from racing with them. They will outgrow that some day.

If anyone wants a reason for outlawing GASOLINE they should watch one of the post about Donny Ray Crawford that shows the rescue of young Hailey from her burning gasoline powered race car. It is a lot harder to get Methanol to ignite and also a lot eiser to put it out.

Why don't you join up with Quantrill's Raiders and come east to race with the MMSA this summer. We would be glad to see you and I think You would be legal by our "rule sheet". We have some very neat tracks to race at this summer. You done won the "PERFECT ATTENDANCE AWARD" now get out and have some fun.

Actually, I would not put the blame on that deal on the gasoline. Maybe the fact there was no bladder, and a huge lack of fire equipment at the track had a little more to do with it. Plus they had way too much in the car. Reports where that they had 7-10 gallons in it when when only 2-3 were needed.

Nothing wrong with gasoline. Just like anythign else, there needs to be some common sense involved as well.
